Warriors Send Unhappy Jackson to the Bobcats

Stephen Jackson was a forward for the Golden State Warriors, but he got traded to the Charlotte Bobcats. Bobcats also got Acie Law. The Warriors received Raja Bell and Vladimir Radmanovic in exchange. Stephen Jackson will give the Bobcats the lowest team points with 82.4 points a game. He is still upset because of the Warriors rejection after he helped the Warrior go to the NBA 2007 Playoffs. The NBA fined him 25,000 dollars for saying he demanded a trade publicly. Larry Brown, Charlotte Bobcats' head coach, says his biggest challenge is how to get use to Jackson's demanding attitude. The Bobcats have been involved in about 16 players trades in almost 11 months. The Bobcats are 3-7 this season.

Brandon Jennings Was Automatic Last Night

Brandon Jennings of the Milwaukee Bucks scored 55 points last night win against the Golden State Warriors, 129-125! He is the third rookie to score more than 50 points in Bucks history. The first rookie to score more than 50, was Moses Malone in 1969. He scored all of his points starting in the second quarter after he was scoreless in the first quarter. The Bucks' lead started when Jennings drained a three pointer to give the Bucks a two point lead, 117-115. The Warriors team became worst because Kellena Azubukie got injured by tearing a tendon in his knee. Azubukie was about to drive to basket, but he slipped on the court. Bucks' head coach was very impressed with Jennings performance, he can't even say how he felt about his rookie's scoring run. The Bucks are 5-2 this season.

Spurs Have a Stronger Kick Against the Thunder

The San Antonio Spurs have Tony Parker and Timmy back into the starting lineup. They had been on the sideline because of ankle sprains. They will go against the Thunder tonight who are 4-4 this season. The Spurs have won their four games at home without Parker or Timmy. George Hill, who is Parker's backup position, did well for the point guard spot. He had two games with 11 and 22 points with about 6 assists. The Spurs are 4-3 this season.

Lebron James says he will change his number from 23 to 6. He wants to honor Micheal Jordan' s number. " I feel like nobody should wear number 23. Nobody. If I'm wearing that number, I would let someone else wear it for their own", James said yesterday. Lebron's lucky number is 6 from his U.S.A Olympics jersey. He might wear this number next season. He also said he will wear 6 for his child who was born on October 6.

Raptors Release Quincy Douby

Quincy Douby, Toronto Raptors guard, was released for free agency today. He did not play on the court last October 28. He was a Raptor since last March and appeared in only seven games. His team before was the Kings. He averages 4 ppg, 1 apg, 2 rpg, and plays for 10 minutes per game.

Can the Hornets Get a Win Without Scott?

Byron Scott, New Orleans Hornets head coach, was fired this morning coming back from Phoenix. The Hornets were beaten by the Phoenix Suns before he was fired. I think he was fired because of the Hornets bad start with 3 wins and 6 losses. New general manager Jeff Bowen of the Hornets will take over Byron Scott's position for now on. Scott has been coaching the Hornets for 5 years now. Chris Paul, Hornets guard, says that his team is doing great, but they are struggling without Tyson Chandler, Charlotte Bobcats center. Chandler always brings back the team with blocks, dunks, and offensive or defensive rebounds. Chris Paul always throws alley-oops to Chandler. Bowen says he will make this team better this season.
